Sorry for the lack of posts this week. I have been so stressed about this observation. Basically if you don't get a good grade, you are re-observed over and over again.
My observation was this morning. Thankfully it seemed to go well. I'm not expecting an outstanding, mostly due to not having the time to be amazing and creative when I'm teaching GCSE in 1.5 hours a week, but I'm hoping for a 'good'. Then they'll leave me alone.
